Our campsite consists of many private sites, which we offer for annual lease.

Prices can be determined individually according to the location and plot sizes.

Enclosed you will find a sample calculation:

Houses or mobile home sites zone U
Annual rent is composed of:
Basic fee 600 EUR
plus 4.50 EUR per m²
Water use 350 EUR per year (payable to the owners of the water body)

Houses or mobile home sites zone A to H
Annual rent is composed of:
Basic fee 450 EUR
plus 3.50 EUR per m²

Service charges are fixed according to use and consumption.
Dogs and cats are allowed (annual fee 30 EUR per dog).
When starting as a new tenant, a deposit of 1,000 to 2,000 EUR is due at the signing of the contract.

We have regulated rest periods on the site and at the entrance area:

Lunch rest from 1 pm to 2 pm

Night rest from 12 am to 6 am

Office hours are opened after telephone arrangement with Mrs. Franken.
